The Outlook Calendar integration allows users to sync events between their product calendar and their Microsoft Outlook account. This integration helps keep all scheduled activities updated across both platforms, ensuring that important meetings, tasks, appointments, and reminders are never missed. By using secure Microsoft authentication and real-time synchronization, users can manage all events from one centralized calendar view without maintaining separate schedules.

How to use the Outlook Calendar Add-On?

• After purchasing and installing the Outlook Calendar Add-On, navigate to the

Settings page and click on the Settingsoption. Inside the Settings, scroll down to find the Outlook Calendar Settings section. Here, you will see an option to enable or disable the Outlook Calendar integration using the toggle button provided on the right side.

• Once the integration is enabled, you must enter the required Outlook credentials, including the

Outlook Client ID and Outlook Client Secret, which are generated from your registered application in the Azure Portal. You may also enter the **Outlook Tenant ID** if required; otherwise, it will default to the common tenant. These credentials are necessary to establish a secure connection between your platform and Microsoft Outlook.

• To complete the setup, you must add the Outlook Redirect URL to your Azure

application. This redirect URL ensures that Microsoft can securely return authorization details after login. You can generate and configure these credentials by following the official Microsoft Documentation link provided in the settings.

• After saving all required credentials, click the Generate Token or Connect to Outlook button. This

will redirect you to the Microsoft login page, where you must authorize access to your Outlook account. Once authorization is completed, the system will automatically generate and store the access and refresh tokens required for ongoing synchronization.

Outlook Calendar

• The Outlook Calendar Add-On displays all synced events in a calendar view within your platform.

This calendar allows you to switch between your local product calendar, your Outlook calendar, or a combined view that shows events from both sources together, making it easy to track all activities without switching between different applications. Once the Outlook Calendar setting is enabled from the System Settings page, the Outlook Calendar button becomes visible in the calendar section, allowing users to access and manage Outlook-synced events directly from the platform.

• The calendar also includes filtering options that allow you to filter events by event type or by

the module they originate from. This helps users quickly find specific events such as meetings, tasks, invoices, or appointments from different Add-Ons in one place.

Syncing Events

• To ensure that an event is synced with your Outlook Calendar, the **Sync to Outlook

Calendar** toggle must be enabled while creating or approving the event. This option is available during event creation and, in some cases, at the approval stage for workflow-based events. Only events with this sync option enabled will be pushed to Outlook and appear on your Outlook Calendar.
