Migration checklist · Move your whole stack in one weekend
Switch in a weekend.
Moving off a pile of separate tools sounds like a project. It isn't. Here's the whole migration as a weekend plan — export Friday, set up Saturday, go live Sunday. Print it, tick the boxes, done by Monday.
FriExport & inventory~1 hour
- List the tools you pay for today and what each one actually does for you.
- Export contacts & customers from your CRM/email tool as CSV.
- Export products / services & prices from your store or invoicing tool.
- Export open invoices and your chart of accounts (if you use accounting).
- Export team members and their roles.
Tip: you only need the data that's actually live. Old, dead records are a great thing to leave behind.
SatImport & configure~2–3 hours
- Create your free Mewayz workspace at mewayz.com — no card required.
- Turn on only the modules you need (CRM, invoicing, bookings, store…). Your sidebar shows nothing else.
- Import your CSVs — contacts, products, invoices, team.
- Set up your pipeline stages, invoice template, and tax settings.
- Add your team and assign roles.
Tip: pick an industry template to start with a sensible setup, then adjust.
SunVerify & go live~1 hour
- Spot-check imported data — open a few contacts, an invoice, a product.
- Connect payments (Stripe/PayPal) and send a test invoice to yourself.
- Recreate your two or three most-used automations (most stacks only have a few that matter).
- Point your team at the new login. Bookmark it.
- Schedule cancellations of the old tools for end of their billing cycle.
Tip: keep the old tools read-only for a couple of weeks as a safety net — then cancel and pocket the savings.
