Introducing SMS Integration, a groundbreaking feature designed to simplify your communication strategy. With this new addition, notifying individuals via SMS has never been easier. It provides a seamless experience, allowing you to select a category and send messages effortlessly through a range of reliable SMS gateways. Whether you’re sending updates, alerts, or reminders, the platform integrates with industry-leading providers such as AWS, Twilio, Clockwork, Melipayamak, Kavenegar, and SMS Gateway, ensuring your messages are delivered promptly and efficiently.

How to use the SMS Add-On?

• Once you purchase the Add-On, navigate to the settings page, click on system settings, and find SMS.
• On that page, once you enable the SMS Integration toggle, you’ll see a dropdown containing various platform names, allowing you to send messages through services such as AWS NSN, Twilio, Clockwork, Melipayamak, SMS Gateway Me, and Kavenegar. Based on the selected platform, you’ll need to add the corresponding credentials to send messaging.
• To generate the Twilio Id and Token, you can follow this link: https://www.twilio.com/docs/iam/access-tokens
• After you do this, you get a chance to choose the notification settings. Here is the way you can enable or disable the notifications of the various Add-Ons.

• You can customize notification messages language-wise, for example, if you want to change the message for new user notifications, you can do it here.

• For example, if you enable the create user setting from General, then the notification via sms will be sent to that particular user when the user is created.
